36 Days Remain in 2024
A Question and an Image to Spark Creativity during the #last100days2024
Welcome to my #last100dayproject!
There are 36 days left in 2024.
A thought to ponder: If we knew the right questions to ask - ones that give us insight into our inner selves - we could emerge with life-changing information.
Have you ever taken the Myers-Briggs or a similar personality quiz?
I like this free one: https://www.viacharacter.org/
Most middle schools in Indiana function with a team model. There are various numbers of teachers on a team depending on the size of each grade level. Typically, there is an English, math, science, tech and special education teacher on each team. Even just with the content interest there can be huge divides in styles of thinking and problem solving among a team.
These tests are not scientific but can add to the conversation about how people deal with each other. An added benefit of these conversations of introversion or extroversion and whether you approach issues with feelings or intellect can help people work together. In my case, using it with teachers, they grasped a better understanding of their students as well.
Today’s questions: If you know your strengths, how can you use them to stay away from soul sucking tasks and enjoy what brings you ease?

For the last 100 days, I invite you to join me and experiment.
Each day for the remainder of the year I will share a question and a photo of an item.
You are welcome to write into the question and/or the photo.
Or you can start a new ritual or experiment of your own creation.
I would love to hear about your progress on whatever project you want to begin!
**NOTE**
I do not share drafts of work online because most publications considered this published. You are more than welcome to share your piece in the comments, an excerpt or an update.
I hope for the comments to be a community for us to share these wins.
