Winner Winner Chicken Dinner? Baked? Roasted? Stuffed? Poached?

Chicken salad anyone?

My husband’s favorite dinner is chicken and potatoes. I have made it my goal to make chicken for dinner as often as possible. I have talked about it before but I have never made a bad recipe from Salt and Lavender’s website.

There is also the connotation of “Are you chicken?” When are you afraid?
