Welcome to Day 11
Day 11:
Make a list of things you need to take yourself on an adventure.
You do not need to overcomplicate it.
Do you need a picnic? (be specific about what you want to eat and drink!)
Do you need a sketchbook, pencils, pens and watercolors?
Do you need to sit under a tree?
Do you need to go for a drive and take a new route?
Is there an art installation or tour you have been meaning to go on for a long time?
Have fun!
Set your timer for 10 minutes….and GO!
Happy Writing!
Reflection on your writing:
What surprised you?
Is there something else you want to create now?
Did you use all the senses or just certain ones? Why do you think that might be?
Which Accountability Level Will You Choose?
[You can choose differently each day!]
Just create and keep it for yourself!
Hit reply and send your piece or a picture to me! I will read/look at it and send you good vibes and a thank you.
Find a buddy. Send the email to a friend and send each other your creations.
Post in the comments.
Happy creating!
I love the 10-minute time frame. Amaze yourself with what you can get done!
An unplanned adventure is more my cup of tea. I like the surprise of being in the moment, of having to think on my feet, to meet challenges as they come along. I love being lost and then slowly finding myself, going on intuition and gut feelings instead of relying on a map and the logic and safety of the well-trodden path.
A planned adventure would be a revisiting of a place I've been to, but this time with a friend to share the experience with. Having a friend with me inspires me to relive this adventure from another point of view, and I think will enrich the adventure even more.
Going to a live theater experience (music, dance, drama, art, or a mix) or festival is also an intense adventure. Rushing from performance to performance, and chatting to others about the experiences would also fill my artist's well to the brim and beyond!
