Yes, that is a bowl of coffee!
Thank you for joining me for a coffee and a chat today.
If we were having coffee I would tell you…BREAKFAST DAY! Chris and I went by ourselves today as Mykl wasn’t feeling well. (He did a lot of work yesterday and I think the Northwest Indiana allergies are getting to him.) Chris and I had our regular breakfast and I feel super full today. Back to fasting for me today!
If we were having coffee I would tell you…Chris and I went into Chicago to see Book of Mormon yesterday at the Cadillac Theatre! We had a beer at an Irish Pub and then went to a jazz club for dinner. The food and the show were amazing. It was a beautiful evening to walk in the city too.
If we were having coffee I would tell you….108 days left in 2024 as of today. What are your last 100 day plans? I invite you to join me in a little project for the rest of 2024. Maybe you log one word for each day, do one yoga pose, try new recipes, donate one item…the list is endless. You can read more about it here.
My project will be a question and an image each day.
If we were having coffee I would tell you…..I created an asynchronous course for my Bradbury Trio! To take the class with me live is around $475 for 12 weeks and the PDF/e-book is $200. This way you can go at your own pace. Find the link here.
If we were having coffee I would tell you…I am doing some deep journaling with Beth Kempton on IG. I am enjoying her questions and what is emerging in my notebook.
If we were having coffee I would tell you…I am reading What Comes Next and How to Like It by Abigal Thomas. I enjoy her writing and her small stories spark ideas for my own writing.
If we were having coffee I would tell you…it isn’t officially fall until the 22nd. We had a few days of fall like temperatures but now we are back into the 80’s. I prefer the cooler temps but I know they are coming. I am also traveling to Florida at the end of this month and in October and there will be high temperatures there too!
If we were having coffee I would tell you…today will be full of writing and reading and some household chores I need to get done. What are your Sunday plans?
Thank you for joining me for coffee today.
