Thanks for this. Its a few years since I undertook a 100 day project which was on IG. I never thought about the last 100 days of the year though. On that one I set the bar too high for myself, which was for me to learn and write out the numbers 1-100 in Japanese and match each of them with the name of a colour in Japanese each with a related tiny sketch in a small sketch book. I got to 69 before I stopped because I ran out of ideas, time, and my perfectionist traits said NO MORE please! When I found the book only the other day I was really impressed with what I had done, and it made me think if I did one again having learned a lot about myself since then, what would I do now? So 2 days to think. 🤔 It has to have some art in it too to keep me interested. I'll let you know.
Your other project sounds fascinating! I'm glad you found the sketch book! I know of some who have done a doodle a day...even in the squares of a paper calendar!
I love a good challenge! Esp 100 days! Yes, planning time is necessary. And …..some people may start a challenge and then change it in the middle! Perfectly fine! It is all about the intention!
I'm in for the 100-day challenge. I've done several over the years since the pandemic but the last one I started I didn't finish. Starting 9/23 (that's the correct date, yes?), I will make a simple line drawing with a fine-point marker in a sketch book each day for 100 days.
Wow. I love this. I’m working on a new nonfiction book and I’d love to spend the last 100 days just writing for it every day. I feel like I need more constraints though, like I gotta write a 500 words a day or something. Not sure what that’s gonna be yet.

I love the 100 day challenge! Thanks for the reminder and for the extra planning time!

I have the "Last 100 Days of 2025!" marked on my calendar too :)
Yay!
