Yesterday, I spent a lot of time purging my drives. I deleted work I created when I was a TAP master teacher and coach. These are not identities I embody anymore, and I don’t need the digital evidence. If I haven’t looked at a doc since I came to live with Chris, then it went too. It felt so good.
Do you save screenshots or IG posts to come back later to write to? Today is a good day to look at one of them and see what it conjures up. If you make a note, start a story, take an action, then delete it after! It is such a great feeling.

The May Trio began Sunday, and I am thrilled. One of the goals I wanted to fulfill this year in my classes was to have the time and bandwidth to do the exercises along with my students. There is a reason I teach the things I do - because they have worked for me or it is something I am excited about. I had gotten to the point where the management was too much for me to do anything for my own writing and I decided to change some systems.
I reread the poem and story for today from the Trio, and two new ideas pinged for stories when there was no inspiration before. I forget how fast it happens.
I also had weird dreams….about ice. Not sure what that means! HA!
