Thank you for being a part of my excitement about the last 100 days of the year. I love breakfast rituals. :-) I am making mini folded paper books for my last 100 day project. I am calling the project Conscious Courage, Connection & Completion. The last page in today's tiny book responds to an earlier question in the tiny book. The last page goes like this: "Yes, my love, you are allowed to feel this good and better... you are... consciously courageous.

I love this idea! How amazing that you will have a little library at the end of the year. Love the alliteration too!

Our weekend breakfast ritual involves a visit to Morning Yusee. I usually order a crispy cheese scallion pancake with an iced green tea. We sit outside the breakfast shop and chat about our week and the things we need or want to get done in the day. It's quite relaxing and refreshing. The weekend is the only time we eat oily, greasy breakfasts. Usually, we eat healthy things like muesli and yogurt or boiled eggs and steamed broccoli or peanut-butter on brown bread.
