We get so busy that sometimes it is hard to pinpoint what we think is fun. I went to a writing festival this weekend and Cynthia Pelayo spoke about Artist Dates (a concept that comes from The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron). Just doing something purposeful for one hour alone that you think is fun (or your inner child) can make a big difference. I have to be intentional about asking myself though. It is not a default.
What sounds fun right now..? Pondering. Thank you for the question, a worthy one. And oddly difficult for me to answer, which I need to look into.
