Love it! How fun. I especially love the backpack! I often get gifts of Malificent -- I'm going to need to find that bag -- bags are my other addiction besides notebooks.
My weekday writing crawl would look like: The Staten Island Ferry -- the subway -- starbucks. Not super exciting. My weekend is in my home office.... again, not super exciting. I'll have to make more of an effort.
The bag is fun! Loungefly! It is the perfect size for me.
I love your writing crawl! For someone who does not have a ferry near her, that sounds exciting. I love trains too. There is something about writing on a train.
Tammy, in your neck of the woods, I'm sure it would be a relaxing experience. The subway is a different animal; I keep one eye writing and the other watching...
I totally agree with you about writing on a train though. I've been invited to participate in a writing conerence in Washington DC and I'll be going via Amtrak (a real train) and that's what I'm looking forward to most -- WRITING on the train :)
Amtrak is super exciting. They used to sponsor a writer in residence program that sadly is no more. It is on my bucket list to take a nice train ride for a couple of days to write. The tickets are quite expensive - I was surprised.
Always a coffee roaster (for the aroma); sometimes a library but only if I'm traveling and it's unique (like the one I visited in Camden, Maine, with the comfy yellow chairs; an independent bookstore for sure, but that could be dangerous; I love the idea of adding a distillery to the mix but I'd have to time that right.
P.S. I can't believe I missed poetry writing month. See? I'm distracted. ;-)
I don't have anything meaningful to contribute from a writerly standpoint today. I just wanted to say your backpack looks fun, and I'd like to try "Espresso, blackberry, brown sugar and vanilla." Do you see what I'm talking about? "Fun." That's the vocabulary I'm working with today-- ever have one of those days where your entire vocabularly is shot?
Smiling and having good memories surfacing of my writing marathon days ( hadn’t heard of the term “crawl”) as I named the multiple location writing days. I have done “lift the line” type of exercise but never taking more than one line. Today I’ll experiment with multiple books (without leaving home).
Yes, I often pull books and lines from my own library too. Even changing rooms and locations in the house can be a writing crawl. I often write in the morning on the couch and the afternoons back in my office. I need to write more outside. Though, not today…it is raining here!

It is surprising how expensive it is. This ride will just be a few hours, but I'm hoping to enjoy every moment.

The fact you commented made my day! Sometimes just one word sums up what we want to say! It's not a bad word so that makes it all right.
Thanks for reading.

What a great idea! Such a fun day and delight to read! Need to do it for sure!
Awww thank you! It is nice to know that my words had a delightful impact!
What a cool idea! I'll definitely try this, Tammy. Thanks!
