If we were having coffee I would tell you…today, of course, is breakfast day! It is snowing this morning so it was a pretty drive to the restaurant. We all had our regular orders.
There have been several days of snow! Yesterday I took a longish walk which was nice. I have been doing workouts in the house due to the weather. It has been a nice change of pace.
If we were having coffee, I would tell you… the next Full Moon Writing Gathering is TOMORROW, January 13, 2025! We are back on Zoom so you can register for free here! Join me for some prompts, some writing and some conversation!
If we were having coffee, I would tell you… Soup Sunday today is chicken noodle! I feel like I need a little chalkboard graphic to announce the soup du jour!
If we were having coffee I would tell you…this is one picture from each day from the last week!

-Doing your own writing first
-Reading
-Trips to the library
If we were having coffee, I would tell you…the mini Bradbury Trio challenge is underway for all subscribers. A separate post is published with a poem, a story, an essay, and a prompt. I hope sharing these will add to your writing and reading life this week!
If we were having coffee I am excited to tell you…I got some submissions out and also a few rejections already. That means I am doing the work. Words are added to the Margot project every day as well so things are going well in that department!
If we were having coffee I am excited to tell you… a new round of the Bradbury Trio Course will begin February 16, 2025. There are limited spots for this course and it will be facilitated through the platform WetInk.
The course will run 4 weeks. There will be two themed reading weeks and two writing weeks. Participants will write and share two pieces and give feedback to two other writers in the private WetInk Space.
You are welcome to write whatever form and genre speak to you! The prompts are open enough to accommodate everyone.
I invite you to read more about it here:

I always love the Sunday Coffee Shares, but here's what resonated with me the most today:
"I got some submissions out and also a few rejections already. That means I am doing the work." --> Yes, so true!
"Words are added to the Margot project every day as well so things are going well in that department!" --> Nicely done. A little a day adds up to a real project, I need to remember that.
