Well, we are the OG's! LOL

Are you picking a theme this year? You were the inspiration for me choosing a theme some years, I just realized!

I know that the writing has taken a side car with all the stuff going on in your life.

I still think about your boyfriend stories often!

Yes, I have a theme! I’m experimenting. It’s going to be memoir-esque. So using my grandparents and parents for stories but adding fairytale and myths.

This sounds both delicious and terrifying to me. Would love to participate but I know I could not achieve a story a day. Maybe one a week perhaps. (Actually, I don’t even write short stories lol though I’d love to!) (I’m more of a poetry/tangent essay/very much developing her skills beginner still~lol) And what a fantastic way to hone your skills and people writing.

I had a friend who did 100 word memoirs for her 100 day project. I was in awe of her because I have such a hard time getting exactly 100.

I will say, it does get easier as you practice. My longer pieces are better now because I have worked on my concision.
